How it works: Rosufree CV 10/75 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Rosuvastatin and Clopidogrel, which prevents heart attack and stroke. Rosuvastatin is a lipid lowering medication that blocks the body’s ability to produce “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and improves the level of "good" cholesterol (HDL).Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet medication. It prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.
