How it works: Glimicut MV 1mg/500mg/0.2mg Tablet SR is an antidiabetic medication. It works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas in order to lower blood glucose. HOW METFORMIN WORKS Glimicut MV 1mg/500mg/0.2mg Tablet SR is an anti-diabetic medication (biguanide). It works by lowering glucose production in the liver, delaying the absorption of sugar (glucose) from the intestines, and increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin. HOW VOGLIBOSE WORKS Glimicut MV 1mg/500mg/0.2mg Tablet SR is an anti-diabetic medicine. It inhibits the intestinal enzymes responsible for breaking complex sugars into simple sugars such as glucose. This prevents blood glucose levels from rising very high immediately after meals.
